Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Are you a medical doctor? Can you prescribe HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)? Answer: No. I hold a PhD in Natural Sciences, not a medical degree (MD). I do not prescribe pharmaceuticals or provide medical diagnoses. Instead, I provide the scientific education, physiological understanding, and nutritional coaching that medical consultations rarely have time to cover. I equip you with clear data and questions so you can partner effectively with your physician or gynecologist.

Q2: Can we meet in person, or is this exclusively online?

Answer: We offer both! Consultations are available online via encrypted video call for clients worldwide, as well as in-person sessions at dedicated meeting spaces in the Geneva and Lausanne area.

Q3: In which languages do you offer coaching and events?

Answer: Consultations, bootcamps, and materials are available fluently in English, French (Français), Spanish (Español), and German (Deutsch).

Q4: Is this covered by Swiss health insurance (LaMal / VVG)?

Answer: Menopause coaching is considered an educational and personal health service and is generally paid privately.

Q5: How does your background as a scientist and agile facilitator make a difference?

Answer: Most coaching relies solely on motivational talk or generalized advice. As a natural scientist, I explain the biological “why” behind your symptoms because you are not loosing your mind is all biology, you are not broken. As an ICAgile certified facilitator, I help you build small, iterative, stress-free habit changes that fit into your busy life without causing burnout.

Q6: Are in-person sessions more expensive than online sessions?
No. Our rates remain identical whether we meet in person in Geneva/Lausanne or over video.

Q7: Can I split the payment into installments?
Yes. Your 3-Month Autonomy Incubator can be split into three equal monthly installments of CHF 465. Options for the other programs are available, let’s chat!
